This lovely condo is located at NorthRiver near Lake Tuscaloosa just 10.5 miles North East from Bryant-Denny. You can enjoy the peace and serenity of gold course views from one of the various patios located outside the house. This wonderful property sleeps up to 5 people, but the pricing is set for 4.
Crimson Villa is the perfect Gameday oasis - with plenty of comfortable seating in the living room and a 78" surround sound TV along with Alabama photos and art. The first bedroom has a king bed with a gorgeous attached bathroom. This master room also has a patio outside with a hot tub. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed over a full bed and an attached bathroom with a tub shower. This bedroom also has a patio outside with chairs to relax in.
* PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING: Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people. Please be aware that you upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama B&B Rentals Rules forms directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. **
GOLFERS - With notice, arrangements may be made for playing 18 holes on the NorthRiver course on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday at the guest rate, given no tournament or other events. Weekend requests are on a case by case basis. Ol’ Colony Golf Course (open to the public) is a great nearby course for anyone who wants to play and cannot be accommodated at NorthRiver.
