This gorgeous 4 bedroom, 4 bath property, is located on a scenic vista, overlooking Lake Tuscaloosa! Located just 12 miles north of Bryant Denny Stadium. There is an adorable and FUN kiddie pool with fountain - 12 ft diameter by 27-30 inches deep.
Point of View sleeps up to 16 people, but base rates are set for 10 people. Additional people are $50 per person, per night.
Amenities include the following: 2 paddleboards, 2 kayaks, Board Games, Air hockey, kiddie pool, Foosball, Books, Pool/lake toys, Adult life jackets, and wood burning Outdoor Fireplaces!
Pets are not allowed.
Bedroom 1 Downstairs - (Private bath) K, 2 Twin Flip Sofas. (Sleeps up 4 people)
Bedroom 2 Downstairs - (Hallway bathroom) Queen, Twin upper bunk over Full lower bunk. (Sleeps up to 5 people)
Bedroom 3 - Upstairs (has private bath) - Queen over Full Bunk, Twin XL, Twin Flip Sofa. (Sleeps up to 6 people)
Bedroom 4 - Upstairs - (has private bath in hallway) - 2 Queen over 2 Full Bunk beds. (Sleeps up to 8 people)

This house was beautiful and had everything that we needed and more. I can not love this house anymore than what we did . I would highly recommend this home and hope to be able to book this home for future stay. We loved it so much we ended up booking for another night. The kids got to swim in a mini pool and we also rented a boat for two days. The grocery store was down the street. Everything was very accessible. Ron the next door neighbor was awesome. He was there to assist with anything we needed. Again, look no further for a family retreat in a quiet yet fun filled location.

Our extended family all came together to stay at Point of View for Thanksgiving vacation. It was perfect. We had a huge kitchen to prepare food all week and lots of room to be together at one large table. We played games and watched football. The views are breathtaking and the rooms were perfect for each family group. The great open living space made everyone feel together all the time. We loved this house!
Just wonderful! Initially rented another property on Lake Tuscaloosa. Unfortunately, it was full of ants and was super rundown. We left that rental and rented this one for 9 days! So happy we did!! Thank you Ken and your hospitality!!!
