The Garden Side Porch (No Weddings)

Our peaceful Garden Porch has covered seating for up to 15 guests. This covered porch area has lighted ceiling fans, a beautiful gas fireplace, and a propane fire-pit table. There is a comfortable porch swing, rocking chairs and 2 large wicker tables and one folding table with chairs to seat all of your guests.

Included:

  • 2 folding buffet tables with table linens (if needed).
  • 2 garbage cans with extra garbage bags.
  • Tables and chairs for all guests.
  • Holiday themed decor.
  • Two restrooms on the main level.
  • See attached add-on options.

Pricing:

  • $400 for 2 hours ($150 per additional hour)
  • (30 min. prep, 2 hour event, & 30 min. cleanup)
  • Pricing is for up to 15 guests.
  • $50 Cleaning fee
  • $100 refundable damage deposit required.

The Victorian Porch (No Weddings)

Our lovely Victorian porch has covered seating for up to 25 guests. This covered porch area

has lighted ceiling fans, a beautiful electric fireplace, and a propane fire-pit table. There is a

comfortable bed-swing and enough bistro tables with chairs to seat all of your guests.

Included:

  • 2 folding buffet tables with table linens (if needed).
  • 2 garbage cans with extra garbage bags.
  • Tables and chairs for all guests.
  • Themed decor.
  • Two restrooms on the main level.
  • See attached add-on options.

Pricing:

  • $600 for 3 hours ($150 per additional hour)
  • (30 min. prep, 2 hour event, & 30 min. cleanup)
  • Pricing is for up to 25 guests.
  • $75 Cleaning fee
  • $100 refundable damage deposit required.

The Grande Hall Package (No Weddings)

The spacious Grande Hall Package accommodates up to 50 guests. This package includes

the use of the foyer, living room, dining room, library, game room/theater, & one porch.

Included:

  • A variety of different food and beverage station options are available.
  • 3 garbage cans with extra garbage bags.
  • Tables and chairs for all guests.
  • Holiday themed decor.
  • Two restrooms on the main level.
  • Game Room/Theater.

Pricing:

  • $900 for 3 hours ($150 per additional hour)
  • (30 min. prep, 2 hour event, & 30 min. cleanup)
  • Pricing is for up to 50 guests.  Extra guests are an additional $10 per person.  
  • $200 Cleaning fee
  • $500 refundable damage deposit required.
