Welcome to Bama Hideout!
This adorable home is just half a mile from the stadium and walking distance from Tuscaloosa's downtown district! The home can sleep 4 adults plus children.
The Bedrooms:
There are 2 bedrooms on the first level. The first bedroom has a queen bed and shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with the second bedroom. The second bedroom on this floor has a king bed. There is also a half bathroom on the first floor. On the upper level of the house there is 1 king bed bedroom with an attached bathroom. There are also two full beds tucked into the wall in the common space.
The Outdoors:
The outdoor patio has a wood burning fire pit - perfect to make s'mores with family! And if you are here for an Alabama game there is a tv outside where everyone can watch the tide play!
The Historic District:
This house is located in the stunning, City of Tuscaloosa's Historic District! When staying in the historic district, you will be extremely close to Downtown Tuscaloosa, the University of Alabama's Campus/Strip, as well as wonderful walking trails with an old world, comfortable feel. The trade off is that there are strictly enforced noise ordinances and rules (noise - inside after 10:30PM, visitor restrictions, & parking restrictions). It is crucial that these rules are adhered to, as the historic district is under a lot of scrutiny. It is important that our guests are respectful of full time residents who have made their full-time home in this area.
Walking distance to UofA campus, Bryant Denny Stadium, walking trails, downtown restaurants, shopping, and more!
There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.
**All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification**
*If your selected property offers the use of trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.
*If you wish to make a reservation within 48 hours of your arrival date, please call us to book your stay, instead of booking online.*
* Please Read Prior to Booking: Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.
*Please Read Prior to Booking: Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. *
*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

This home was absolutely lovely. The decor was precious with lots of inviting details. The kitchen was stocked with high quality flatware and appliances. Everything you could possibly need to prepare a five course meal or mix a craft cocktail. The bath towels and bed linens were top shelf. The sunroom was our favorite gathering spot. The outdoor space was equally as impressive with a fire pit, BBQ grill, outdoor TV and plenty of dining space.

Kim's place was a 10+ and even better than expected from the pictures! Comfy beds, plush towels, nicely remodeled bathrooms, beautiful kitchen, multiple areas to congregate with a television in each area! It had an incredibly well stocked kitchen with every possible item we might need. The outdoor patio/firepit area was beautiful and inviting. We really didn't want to leave.

Our host was easy to communicate with and provided everything we needed for a very smooth check-in process. House was clean, kitchen very well stocked (great spice rack as well). Location is great for those visiting UA. Our neighbors were a bit noisy, but lots of college students reside in the neighborhood, so that’s to be expected. Will definitely come back.
