Bama Summit

What a lovely place to stay! The property was super clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy our time together. I can not wait to return!

We stayed here for parents weekend. It is close enough to campus to walk...although it might be a bit long for some. We took a joyride car to the game but walked back. The property is adorable and clean. The staff was responsive and check in was easy. The kitchen had enough equipment to serve ordered food. It might be a bit light on equipment to cook full meals but fine for our use. Full size washer and dryer allowed me to do my son’s laundry! :). There were thoughtful amenities like a few coffee pods, snacks, and detergent. I would definitely stay again!

I honestly cant speak highly enough about this rental unit and the rental agency. The agency went above and beyond on everything. Very responsive. The unit...WOW! Beautiful, clean, tons of added extras & great location. Just amazing sums it up. Thank you Bama Summit!!!!

If available, I will always rent from Marc and Kim at Bama Vacation Rentals from now on. This unit was pristine! Very clean and comfortable, every detail thought of. The beds are so comfortable! The location can’t be beat. So quiet and convenient all at the same time! I was sad to head home!

We stayed here while we were moving our daughter into the dorms at Bama. It was the smartest decision because having such a comfortable homebase, made a stressful, chaotic time so much easier. It was well appointed, well located and absolutely immaculate.

This apartment is in an ideal location downtown and the layout and amenities are exactly what we were looking for.. which was perfect for us and our toddler. The place looked exactly like the pictures which was refreshing, and the owner was helpful and reponsive all along the way. I would highly recommend and will try to book again when I'm back in town to visit family. Thanks!

We had an amazing time at this wonderful location! Easy to get anywhere around town; secure; clean... perfect to share with another set of parents. Plenty of space and privacy.

Was a perfect spot, walkable to the bars and restaurants, and was beautiful inside, would definitely stay again. Additionally, they were very helpful with a flexible check in and the instructions left for us.

We loved our stay here. Very comfortable layout, everything we could want was there (including welcome snacks!), great location. We would look forward to staying here again!

Place was a home run, clean comfortable and close to campus.

This rental was very clean and very well stocked. The beds were comfy so we slept extremely well. It was nice having gated parking. The area around us was quiet at night so that was nice. The location was perfect for everything we did. We were 3 min from University Blvd in downtown Tuscaloosa where there are tons of restaurants (Chuck’s Fish House was amazing)! The coliseum was only about 10 min away so it was super convenient. Communication with property management was great. They allowed us to check in early and check out late as a courtesy and we appreciated it. I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to my family for future stays in Tuscaloosa.

We loved our stay! This rental was super clean and very well stocked. Beds were comfy so we slept really well. Linens were clean and the towels were soft and plentiful. The surrounding area was very quiet at night. The location worked out very well for us. We were within 3-5 min from so many restaurants, 5-7 min from Publix and 7-10 from campus. I’ll say that if you’re in town during a busy college activity weekend, parking in the downtown area is a nightmare so walking is your best bet unless you have plenty of time and patience to find a parking space. The property management was great and very accomodating. They were just a text away and was prompt and polite. We’d definitely stay here again.

We made an extended stop on our road trip in T-town. Location was perfect our daughter could walk over to visit and we could walk the beautiful Black Warrior River paths, and learn more about town’s history. Condo is well equipped, we cooked, played games and just chilled in front of the TV. Bed linen and towels were fresh . Will be back!

Perfect. The house was clean, well furnished, and easy to get in and out of.

The property was exactly as the listing. It was super clean, well stocked, up to date decor and comfortable. We were in town for Alabama football and the decor set the tone. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again. On the other hand, there were many miscommunications.

GREAT place! We loved how it was decorated and they provided thoughtful amenitites. Super clean and close to everthing we needed. Great communication and most definatley a SUPER host! We will be back.

Our experience at the Bama Summit was wonderful, most attractive, extra clean, extremely comfortable and close by to everything we needed. The theme was of course, Alabama and I felt right at home with all the “Bama Stuff”! My Dad was an All-American here and played on the National Championship team in the 30’s with Coach Bryant and then coached at Alabama until Coach Bryant came in 1958. They were dear, dear, friends!! So, my experience was great!

We had a wonderful trip in Tuscaloosa for a weekend reunion with a couple alumni. The location is great and safe. When walking to the strip or campus we could catch a JoyRide which was nice. The place was very clean and came with everything you might need. We will definitely be reaching out to stay here next reunion!

We had a great weekend - the condo was spotless, beds comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We actually walked to the stadium and enjoyed our time in Tuscaloosa.

Great Tuscaloosa location with easy access to downtown and short trip to University of Alabama.

The condo was exactly as described...even better! The location was perfect to walk to town to shop and eat, and close enough to venture over to the stadium for game day. The rooms were nicely sized, and the tall ceilings made the environment even roomier. Bama B&B were great hosts, checking in to make sure everything was good throughout the whole process and providing snacks and coffee! We will definitely stay here again!

My stay here was beyond outstanding! The communication with Ms. Kim was super easy and quick! Her apartment looks exactly like the pictures. The apartment was spotless. You will be in close range to several restaurants and the strip. I enjoyed the quietness of the complex. I would absolutely recommend staying here for your next trip to T-Town!
