Experience luxury lakeside living in this beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home overlooking scenic Lake Tuscaloosa. Located just 14 miles north of Bryant-Denny Stadium, this spacious retreat comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests—perfect for family gatherings, group getaways, or relaxing escapes.
The Space
Blue Haven Lake House features multiple indoor and outdoor common areas, including cozy seating around both indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and a wood-burning fire pit. The newly renovated outdoor deck offers covered seating, a standing patio heater for cooler evenings, and a 6-person hot tub with stunning lake views. A long staircase leads down to a private pier, where you can launch one of the two provided kayaks or rent a boat from a local company for a day on the water.
Inside, you’ll find plenty of entertainment options with multiple TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and a collection of board games to keep everyone entertained.

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*
*Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.*
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*
*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

It's truly a picturesque location on Lake Tuscaloosa, with a great view and porch. Was the perfect place to visit for attending an Alabama game and the "House that Saban Built". All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were well manicured, modern, and more than comfortable. Fantastic and vintage Southern Hospitality from the hosts are an added icing to cake!!

We had our 25th college reunion with 10 ladies. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. The outdoor areas were wonderful and the home has great upgrades. Plenty of parking for a group.

This amazing property was perfect for a quiet weekend away. Very clean and updated! We had our kids from the university join us for the weekend. So much better than a hotel. We cooked, watched football, and just enjoyed the outdoors. Time by the fire was the best! Pretty strict rules regarding guests and number of cars allowed so check that out before renting.

Great weekend away with my kids from the university. We cooked, watched football, and enjoyed time by the fire. Much better than a hotel because we had the space to just enjoy each other’s company and relax. Immaculately clean and updated. Beautiful views. Management company very responsive. Very strict rules regarding number of cars and guests so be sure to check that before renting.

We had a fantastic stay at Blue Haven Lake House! This is one of the rare properties that looks better in real life than on the pictures. The home is recently remodeled and decorated with an updated taste - we fell in love with it as soon as we stepped through the front door. The kitchen has all utensils you’d need, beds are very comfortable, the master bathroom is stunning. Early October was still warm enough to take out the kayaks and go for a long swim. The outdoor terrace is a great spot to watch the games, or if non is on, the wild live. We made friends with Charlotte the spider...if she’s still there when you visit please don’t smash her dead, but admire the beautiful webs that take her 2-3 hours to spin, and appreciate the free bug control ;). We absolutely loved the weekend we stayed at Blue Haven, and certainly will be back soon!

Wonderful views and privacy! Loved the outdoor space and fenced yard. Property was exactly as described and matched pics! Host and team very friendly and responsive! Would absolutely stay again!
