Whether you're coming to town to cheer on the Crimson Tide, visit family at the University of Alabama, attend a tournament or campus event, or simply need a comfortable place for an extended stay, Camellia Cottage offers a convenient home base in Tuscaloosa.

Camellia Cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with sleeping arrangements for up to 4 adults plus children.

The home features two private bedrooms, along with additional sleeping space tucked into the kitchen nook—making it especially convenient for families traveling with children. For added comfort, sound machines are provided in both bedrooms, helping create a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep.

Sleeping Arrangements
Primary Bedroom: Relax in a comfortable king-size bed, perfect for two guests.
Second Bedroom: The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, comfortably sleeping two.
Kitchen Nook: The kitchen nook provides additional sleeping space with a twin bed and twin trundle, accommodating two additional guests.

Bathroom
The home's full bathroom features a tub/shower combination, making it convenient for both quick showers and relaxing baths.

Relax and unwind after a busy day exploring Tuscaloosa or cheering on the Tide, settle into the living room and enjoy the cozy glow of the electric fireplace. Gather around for a movie night, challenge the family to one of the home's board games, or simply put your feet up and enjoy some downtime.

When the weather is nice, you'll probably find yourself spending just as much time outside as you do inside! Camellia Cottage features a fully fenced backyard with plenty of space to relax and play. The yard provides room for children to run, toss a football, or burn off some energy, while adults can sit back and enjoy the outdoor space. Gather around the fire pit in the evening, fire up the propane grill for an easy dinner, or enjoy a meal outside at the outdoor table with umbrella.

We provide a starter set of fire pit wood, so you're ready to enjoy a cozy evening around the fire without having to make an extra trip to the store.

There's also plenty of additional outdoor seating, making the backyard a great spot to gather with family and friends.

Camellia Cottage is pet friendly! The fully fenced backyard gives your furry companions a convenient place to stretch their legs and enjoy some outdoor time while you're visiting Tuscaloosa.

Please Read Prior to Booking:

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST and Check-out time is 10:00am, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the following: a pet policy agreement (if pets allowed), a visitor form, a Bama Vacation Rentals Rules Form and submit photo ID with a live selfie for verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication. Please note that guests must be 25 years or older to book.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
