Great location! Great place to stay ! Very clear instructions and communication

Everything was perfect for a football weekend!

We enjoyed our stay at the Capstone Poolhouse. It was the perfect spot for our crew on a graduation weekend. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Great location, clean and the most wonderful management! We will for sure be back.

We had a great experience and stay. The pool was perfect being in June and the heat we have at that time. We cooked breakfast and it was nice to have a spice cabinet to pull from. The AC worked well in most parts of the house. It was a little warmer in the bedroom above the kitchen. The driveway is a little tough to get in and out with a car. The bottom of the car scrapes the pavement. If you have a rental car and do not want to get charged for damage, it made it tough to stay parked in driveway after the first time you pull out and realized how close the car is to the ground when you pull out. We had one car that had to park on the street b/e the car was way too low to get in and out of the drive way. It was a comfortable house to stay in and would recommend staying again.

We enjoyed our stay in Tuscaloosa and this house was the perfect location to the University of Alabama, especially the softball fields. We were there for a camp and couldn't have asked for a better setup. We plan on coming back next year. Thank you for your hospitality, excellent communication, clean house, and relaxing stay.

Outstanding, all was terrific. Location in reference to the University and Stadium was great.

This was our second stay at the pool house in the past year and it did not disappoint. It’s nice to have a home base while we visit our Bama students. The proximity to campus is super convenient, while tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The management is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Kim’s place was a perfect fit for my family and I during the Christmas Holiday! The home was easy to find and looked like the pictures! The home was in great proximity for shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the secret space down stairs for card games and spirits! We definitely plan to book again! Thanks Kim!

I've rented through these guys on several occasions at different properties and I've never had a bad experience - this is no exception. Capstone pool house is a great location and plenty of room for everyone! I'm already planning on Graduation 2024!

Accurate and easy

This home is in a great location -- definitely within walking distance to the campus and stadium. The house is very well appointed, very clean, and we loved the large dining area for our family breakfasts and dinners. The outside space is also great. The downstairs/futon area would only be for kids as it is truly a basement. Kim (management company) is always very helpful and provides all of the information you need. We loved our stay.

Inside of the house has been redone and is very nice. Kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. Easy walk to the stadium and talegate. Bama B&B Rentals provided great customer service even replacing something on the spot that was broken. House was very clean. Only downsides are the driveway is super steep and we had a hard time getting our minivan in and out without scrapping the bottom. There are also a lot of rule with signs everywhere which can be a little intimidating. Regardless, we would stay here again!

We came to visit our daughter for parents weekend. This house feels like a home away from home! Everything was well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. We were able to cook her a homemade meal and relax. The location can't be beat for game day, we walked to the stadium. The management company was pleasant and easy. Everything was perfect. We can't wait to stay here again!

Really nice house, historical character with all of the modern amenities. Clean, pool is great, rapid communication and location is awesome. What more can you ask for.

We stayed here for UA Orientation, and it was the perfect spot. It is a quaint home in a quiet neighborhood on a beautifully landscaped large lot. The house was updated and very cozy. The manager was quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. There is a list provided in the Capstone paperwork of recommended restaurants and shopping that came in handy. We would definitely stay here again!

A fantastic space which is perfect for a long weekend getaway with friends. Alongside a beautiful property that is so convenient for lake use, it also includes things like kayaks and paddle boards which will save you a fortune in rental costs. Loads of space for plenty of guests. Fantastic spot!

House was great! Very well stocked, pool was amazing, location is very convenient. Lots of space and very comfortable!! Highly recommend!

Lovely old house in a nice neighbourhood. Very well decorated inside with lots of nice touches (lovely soft towels!). Rental agency was very responsive and quick to respond to questions/issues outside of normal hours. Pool is not heated (which we knew) and in May was too cold to enjoy even for the kids without a wetsuit! Disappointed it took a week to get our damage deposit back. The non-VRBO mandated fees on this rental I felt were high ($325 to clean this house is crazy). Again we knew that ahead of rental but it was a last minute booking and so not many options!

The house is very nice and clean. The location in relation to town and the stadium are great.

We had a great family visit with my 2 kids who are students at the University. This beautiful house accommodated our entire family including my mom, my son's girlfriend and our dog. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the bonus room in the garage.
The kitchen is well stocked allowing us to cook most meals at the house. The bedding and towels are exceptional making it a luxurious retreat. The location is also incredible. We were a blocks from our son's dorm, the riverwalk and the strip.
