Welcome to Legends Landing!
Legends Landing is under a mile from the stadium and walking distance to everything you may need! The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a lovely balcony with seating and a grill! The Alabama themed unit has everything you need to enjoy the perfect game day including a comfy couch and two red recliners plus a big TV! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and utensils you will need to create a delicious meal or some game day treats!
The first bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and tub. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and an attached bathroom with a tub-shower. Both bedrooms also have a TV.
You can enjoy multiple complex amenities here, which include a pool with waterfall, 24-hour fitness center, tanning beds and 24 hr. business center with free printing!
This is a pet friendly property!
There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. This includes the pool and/or hot tub. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.
**All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification**
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.
**A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees**
* Please Read Prior to Booking: Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people, and base pricing is set for up to 4 guests.
* Please Read Prior to Booking - Please be aware that you upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. **
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

Awesome location and easy to get to Bama Campus. Great to have gates for at night. Place was stocked and decor was spot on. Added bonus was the pool. Pool was awesome and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property close to campus and in a safe area. Just off 15th Street and a few blocks to BDS. We found the 2/2 to have all the amenities we needed to relax as if we were at home for the weekend. Thank you for the ease of checking in, checking on and checking out.

Great place to stay for a game weekend.
Stayed for a week to visit our son. Great location, close to campus and walkable to the Coleman Coliseum. Condo was as advertised. No issues, great communication from owner before and after visit. Would stay again…
