Welcome to Magnolia!
Ask about the event space, The Chestnut Event Space, in the backyard if you need a place with plenty of seating for your guests to gather! You can have meals catered there and have a relaxing space where your large group can sit down in one area. You may add The Chestnut Event Space for an additional fee.
This beautiful 4 bedroom home is only located 1 mile from Bryant Denny Stadium and walkable to downtown! The Magnolia has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The home holds up to 8 adults.
As soon as you walk in you are greeted with elegantly modern decor and the comfort of a southern home! The main living room and kitchen are open to one another and the perfect place to watch an Alabama football game or hang out with family! The four bedrooms are located along the left side of the home.
Out back there are grills, grilling utensils, and plenty of space - perfect for an outdoor bbq before a game!
There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.
**All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification**
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.
*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
* Please be aware, the backyard is a shared space with the neighboring Alabama Hideaway & Alabama Charm properties. *

Another great stay at a Bama B&B property!! Magnolia was a charming home for our family to stay at while visiting our student at the university! It was very comfortable, decorated well and charming. The Magnolia was the perfect vacation rental for our gathering of sorority sisters and husbands. The layout and design of this property reflects great attention to detail - furnishings, well stocked kitchen with beautiful dishes and serving pieces, plenty of glassware, a well stocked coffee bar, excellent bedding and linens, and the most adorable front porch for sitting and visiting! This property is in pristine condition and very clean! Our group raved about this home and we will book again. Thank you for all you did to make our stay at this great house so enjoyable!

The house was clean and well stocked. The furnishings were comfortable and well kept. The extra touches by the management company were greatly appreciated.
