Sherwood House

My family and I came to this house for a Bama game day weekend. Wonderful place to stay. Wonderful host and only about a 20 min walk to the stadium!!!! We will be coming back for sure

We booked the Sherwood House for my son’s graduation from the University of Alabama. The stay included his 2 siblings, a fiancée, his grandmother and Aunt and myself and him since he had to be out of his apartment the day before graduation. The house was fabulous. Plenty of room for us all to sleep and get ready, which was tricky since graduation was at 8:30am. The owners were very gracious with a little basket of treats and goodies for us on arrival. The property and neighborhood were very nice to walk and quiet. Wish we had more time to make use of the fire pit, but we were very busy all weekend. Everything was close and convenient. The place was very clean on arrival and very comfortable. I would definitely book this house again if we have a reason to return. The leasing office kept in contact by text during our visit in case we needed anything. But the house was well stocked and very well taken care of so we did not need anything. Thank you for opening your house to us at this exciting time.

We rented this house from my son's graduation for Univ of Alabama. The house was perfect in location and meeting our needs. We had 7 adults staying at the house and we had plenty of room. The house was filled with all the necessities needed for the week. I highly recommend staying here.

Convenient location about a 15 minute walk to the stadium and just a couple of minutes down the hill to the trail by the river. Plenty of room for 8+ guests except just 2 1/2 bathrooms, so some sharing is required. All in all, a great spot for an Alabama weekend getaway!

My family and I had a great time here. The house was clean and had plenty of room. We enjoyed using the kitchen to cook our meals and hang out together.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and convenient to downtown. Would recommend and would book again!

Great location for touring the University! The house was spotless and was stocked with everything we needed. There were towels folded on each of the beds for our arrival. There was also a coffee station set up and a snack basket. The team was very responsive via text message. I also appreciated that the house had an easy to work alarm system if you wanted to use it. Overall a great stay! We will be back!

My family stayed here to spend Christmas with our extended family. It worked perfectly for us and allowed plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We even had extended family over for dinner a couple of times. It's centrally located by the UA campus and the river offering easy access to walking trails, shopping, and the university. I recommend it to anyone in town for a game, campus event, or anything in Tuscaloosa. I

The property was everything it said it was going t be . We really lked the locatioan as it was right by the campus and everywere we go but still in a quiet area .A nice surprise was that the home was decorated for Christmas .

This home is in the perfect location for a football weekend. It is perfect for a family and some friends. This home was also very clean. We enjoyed our time, so much!!

Great location, nice property

First experience renting a home for Bama visit. Very convenient location, clean property and plenty of space to sleep, eat, and socialize. Management was fantastic, even answering questions during off hours.

We stayed here to drop my son off at the University of Alabama and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The property was less than a minute from the residence halls and within 6-7 min from everything we did. It couldn’t have been more convenient! The property itself was SO clean and very easy to find. we also appreciated the snacks!! We were in communication throughout our visit with the owner which made us feel very welcome. we look forward to going back!

Excellent place to stay. Easy check in/out. Great communication. Convenient to the U of A campus. Clean, spacious and well stocked. We had a fabulous week.
