-This beautiful home is 6.4 miles south of Bryant Denny Stadium!
-Southern Charmer sleeps 12 in the main house (King, Full, Twin-XL, Twin-XL, Twin, Twin, Queen-Airbed, Twin-Airbed, Twin-Airbed).
-There is a fenced in back yard with a patio, charcoal grill, and a trampoline.
-There is a neighborhood pool and playground.
-There is a large kitchen, a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer, and even an office area!
-Southern Charmer is even pet friendly!!
There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.
This is an owner occupied property that vacates when it is rented. If you find some of the owner's personal items in the condo, this is why.
We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions!

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.
*Please be aware that when you book just the main house, and not the detached cottage, another guest OR the owner will occupy the cottage. *

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

Great location, very large house for the 13 of us. It was stocked with paper plates, cups, coffee and water etc. There was even a little snack basket. The only complaint was the mattresses in the 4 out of the 5 bedrooms. We are older adults who didn’t prefer to sleep on blow up mattress or a sunken in bed. A few of us have back problems
The King bedroom was enormous with its own bathroom, and the bed was fine. I would invest in better bedding for the guest.

Absolutely loved this property will definitely be booking with this host again! we came to see my nephew play in the Roll Tide Season opener and we were NOT disappointed!!

This is the perfect house for a big crew on a gameday weekend. Very easily took ubers back and forth from town/campus. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Also the back porch was a great place to hang outside on a nice day.

This was a great experience overall, the communication was quick and easy and the house itself was homey and very clean. We’ll stay here again next time, thank you Kim and Tracy!
Kim and her team are fantastic to work with and super quick to respond to all question. We will be staying with them on return trips to Tuscaloosa!
