T-Town Cottage

We stay at this property every time we visit family in Tuscaloosa. It’s always clean and well stocked. Convenient location.

My crew enjoyed a nice guys trip outing for the LSU Bama weekend, and our house was beautifully kept. Our T-Town Cottage was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend outing. An added plus was the large backyard and patio area. Property did not disappoint.

Property was just as advertised. Perfect for a weekend in Tuscaloosa. Very convenient location!

Place was great, host was great. A little pricey, however it was graduation weekend and everything was pricey. The house worked out great for our family and was much nicer than staying in a hotel.

T-Town Cottage is in a convenient location (just across the bridge from downtown Tuscaloosa and U of A). It is very clean, the beds sleep well, and it is well stocked with basics. Wifi is reliable. Great layout for families. We have stayed here several times and have plans to do so again.

Clean cute home that was furnished with everything needed for our weekend stay. No complaints and close location to University of Alabama.

Home is lovely, fully appointed with everything you could think of or need. Clean, comfortable and nicely situated a very short drive from the UA campus. Loved driving under the Roll Tide and Title Town bridge every day! Communication with the property managers/owners was wonderful. Highly recommend.

House is high quality with lots of extras - coffee, extra toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton balls and qtips, Kleenex, plenty of towels, little cleanup needed when leaving. We stayed for graduation weekend. Futon might be fine for small children. Walking trails and park nearby.

We stayed for graduation weekend and this place was EXPENSIVE. Warning - futon is hard as concrete, our 18-year old could not sleep on it, might be fine for small children. Walking trails and park nearby.

We have rented many houses when we come into Tuscaloosa. This is probably our favorite !! Clean, nicely furnished, fully equipped, and location was great. We have already decided that we will rent here again for our next trip to T-town. Roll Tide !!

From start to finish, our experience was fabulous. Kristina was extremely pleasant and very friendly, helpful, and most accommodating. The rental was 5 star accommodations. It had anything and everything that you could possible ask for or need. The place was convenient to Main Street and had its own little historic town with a couple of great places to eat. The place was pet friendly which was a great relief for us being refugees from Hurricane Ida. It couldn’t possibly have been any better. Thank you very much. We highly recommend. Roll Tide will always have a special place in our hearts

Great place to stay. The cottage is clean and very comfortable. Kim is very good at communicating everything you need to know. You won't be disappointed with this location.

This is a very nice property in Northport that is a great place for a family and friend stay. Everything is new and sparkling clean. We really enjoyed the gas fire pit table in the fenced backyard while the dogs were able to roam free in the fenced back yard. Great TV and sound bar for game day or movie night. Bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. There’s also a small market just at the end of the street where you can walk down for any last minute items. ***There are many rules for this property that are not provided in the listing. Be sure to contact Kim in advance to see if these work for you. Our stay ended up being great, but I was ready to cancel due to pages of rules and additional information requests that are required to be completed and signed.

Great place, easy access to campus/stadium. Quick Uber or car ride. House slept everyone comfortably and check in/check out was very easy.

This cottage provided our family with an amazing experience.
