Welcome to Turner Round!

Turner Round is a newly renovated approximately 600 Sq Ft 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo that is located right in the heart of Tuscaloosa with easy access to all the best restaurants and entertainment in Tuscaloosa! Located approximately 1.1 miles from stadium, and all your game day festivities! You will have access to complex amenities, like a swimming pool, that is open seasonally. The condo is located directly across the street from the swimming pool and just down the road from the tennis courts. The living, dining room and kitchen are an open concept which allows you to whip up some game day snacks while still being around the rest of the group! The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils and supplies you will need to create the perfect meal! The living room has a plush couch and cozy recliner to watch the game or maybe cozy up during the colder months and turn on the fireplace.

The first bedroom has a Twin XL over Queen Bed with an en-suite half bathroom shared with the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a Twin XL over Queen Bed with a share en-suite half bathroom with the first bedroom. There is a full bathroom with hallway access only. Both bedrooms have Smart TV's to watch your favorite shows while relaxing after a busy day around T-Town!

This complex is near the railroad, but we do have sound machines in all rooms to compensate for it.

There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.

*Please Read Prior to Booking: Please be aware that you upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. **

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
