Welcome to Tuscaloosa Charmer!
This home has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests. The house is walking distance to downtown, campus and Bryant Denny Stadium! If you love Alabama football this is the house for you! Everywhere you look there is Alabama memorabilia! The living room has a bright red couch and houndstooth chairs along with a Bama rug! There are 4 TVs in the house so you will never miss a play! There is plenty of seating around the TVs so that everyone can watch. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and appliances to create the perfect meal or just some tailgating snacks.
The first 2 bedrooms have queen beds and attached bathrooms with tub showers. The third bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Outside there is a large private deck off of the kitchen with a grill and outdoor seating.
- Highchair & pack-n-play available & set up upon request, for a one time fee of $25.

We absolutely loved this property and can’t wait to stay again! Kim and her staff worked with us to adjust or stay due to our sons change in summer schedule at The University and could not have been more accommodating! There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about this house. The location was amazing and it was just the perfect amount of cozy!

Spent Thanksgiving in Tuscaloosa with family & friends. Tuscaloosa Charmer
had everything we needed for our stay. Spacious & comfortable.Fully stocked & furnished kitchen. Plenty of space for everyone. Multiple TVs for game viewing. Loved the Bama decor throughout the house! Management very responsive & easy to work with.

B&B Rentals were very professional and and thorough with their check in and check out instructions. The location was perfect walking distance to the local favorite restaurants and the stadium. I would highly recommend this property and will be planning another stay here in the future.

The house is large and the layout is great! Each bedroom feels private and has its own bathroom. The kitchen is fantastic! I did quite a bit of cooking for my UA student son while I was there and am sad to leave the kitchen behind! The house is super close to the stadium and UA and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Kim was incredibly helpful and answered every question I had immediately. Thank you, Kim!

Tuscaloosa Charmer was just that. The cutest house, and it had everything we needed. Close to everything, and easy to get in and out.
